Fair Payout Rules

Commissions are calculated from a configurable pool (default 10% of each sale). The pool is split between the customer's discount and your commission.
Example: 10% pool, customer gets 5% off, you earn the remaining 5% commission.
Higher sales volume unlocks higher tier commission rates. Tier upgrades apply to future sales only.
Payouts are processed monthly with full transaction transparency via your affiliate dashboard.
All financial records are append-only and immutable — every transaction is auditable.
Tiers are based on cumulative sales. Extended periods of inactivity may result in a tier adjustment — stay active to maintain your commission rate.

Tax Compliance

Affiliates earning $2,000+ per calendar year are required by the IRS to submit a W-9. Commissions above the threshold are held until your W-9 is verified — pre-threshold earnings remain available for payout.
You have a 30-day grace period to submit your W-9 after the threshold is crossed. If held commissions reach $5,000 before verification, new accrual pauses until your W-9 is approved.
Once your W-9 is verified, all held commissions are immediately released to your available balance and accrual resumes normally.
Held commissions unclaimed for 365 days due to non-compliance may be forfeited. W-9 information is encrypted at rest and never shared outside our compliance team.
1099-NEC forms will be provided for qualifying affiliates at year-end. You can submit or update your W-9 anytime through your secure affiliate portal.
